Choose View - Page Break.
Defining Number of Pages for Printing
The context menu of the page break preview contains functions for editing page breaks, including the following options:
Delete Page Breaks
Deletes all manual breaks in the current sheet.
Add Print Range
Adds the selected cells to print ranges.
