Table of Contents and Index

Opens a menu to insert an index or bibliography entry, as well as inserting a table of contents, index, and/or bibliography.

To access this command...

Choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index

Index Entry

Marks the selected text as index or table of contents entry.

Bibliography Entry

Inserts a bibliography reference.

Table of Content, Index or Bibliography

Inserts an index or a table of contents at the current cursor position. To edit an index or table of contents, place the cursor in the index or table of contents, and then choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography.
