Print Preview Bar

The Print Preview bar is displayed when you choose File - Print Preview.

Previous Page

Moves back to the previous page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.

Moves forward to the next page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.

Moves to the first page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.

Moves to the last page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.

To Document EndLast Page

Zoom In

Enlarges the screen display of the current document. The current zoom factor is displayed on the Status Bar.

Zoom Out

Reduces the screen display of the current document. The current zoom factor is displayed on the Status Bar.

Zooming Out

Full Screen

Hides the menus and toolbars. To exit the full screen mode, click the Full Screen button.

Format Page

Opens a dialogue box in which you can define the appearance of all pages in your document.

Margins

Shows or hides margins of the page. Margins can be dragged by the mouse, and also can be set on Page tab of Page Style dialogue box.

Scaling Factor

This slide defines a page scale for the printed spreadsheet. Scaling factor can be set on Sheet tab of Page Style dialogue box, too.

Close Preview

To exit the print preview, click the Close Preview button.
