Substitutes a font with a font of your choice. The substitution only replaces a font when it is displayed on screen or during printing. It does not change the font specified in your document formatting.
If you want, you can override the default substitution font that your operating system uses when it encounters an unavailable font in a document.
Choose Tools - Options - Office - Fonts.
Font replacement also affects the display of fonts on the Office user interface.
Some options cannot be reset once edited. Either edit back the changes manually or click Cancel and reopen the Options dialogue box.
Enables the font replacement settings that you define.
Lists the original font and the font that will replace it. Select Always to replace both the screen font and the printer font, even if the original font is installed on your system. Select Screen only to replace the screen font only and never replace the font for printing.

Enter or select the name of the font that you want to replace.
Enter or select the name of the replacement font.
Applies the selected font replacement.

Deletes the selected font replacement.

Select the font and font size for the display of HTML and Basic source code.
Select the font for the display of HTML and Basic source code. Select Automatic to detect a suitable font automatically.
Mark this check box to display only non-proportional fonts in the Fonts list box.
Select a font size for the display of HTML and Basic source code.
