You can use lists to organise colours, gradients, or hatching patterns. Office provides several lists that you can load and use in your document. If you want, you can add or delete elements from a list, or even create custom lists.
Choose Format - Area, and then click the Colours tab.
Click the Load Colour List button.
Locate the colour list that you want to load, and then click Open. A colour list file has the format [filename].soc.
To save a colour list, click the Save Colour List button, enter a filename, and then click Save.
The freieFarbe HLC colour list is based on the CIELAB model and is optimised for professional CMYK printing. The colours in the Compatibility and HTML lists are optimised for displays using a resolution of 256 colours. The palettes “Office” and “Material” contain the official Office and Material Design palettes respectively. The tonal.soc palette provides a set of colours organised by luminance contrast that work across different hardware.

Locate the hatches list that you want to load, and then click Open. A hatches list file has the format [filename].soh.
To save a hatches list, click the Save Hatches List button, enter a filename, and then click Save.
