Contains personal contact information for business cards. Business card layouts are selected on the Business Cards tab.
Choose File - New - Business Cards - Private tab.
Enter the contact information that you want to include on your business card. You can also modify or update these entries by choosing Tools - Options - Office - User Data.
Type your first name.
Type your last name.
Type your initials.
Enter the forename of the person, whom you want to use as a second contact.
Enter the surname of the person, whom you want to use as a second contact.
Enter the initials of the person, whom you want to use as a second contact.
Type the name of your street in this field.
Type your ZIP in this field.
Type the city where you live.
Type your state.
Enter the name of the country in which you live.
Type your title in this field.
Enter the title of your profession.
Enter your home telephone number.
Enter your mobile telephone number.
Type your fax number in this field.
Enter the address of your Internet homepage.
Type your email address. For example, my.name@my.provider.com
