Print File Directly
Click the Print File Directly icon to print the active document with the current default print settings. These can be found in the Printer Setup dialogue box, which you can call with the Printer Settings menu command.
If you select text or a graphic and click the Print File Direct icon, you are prompted to print the selection or the document.
Print File Directly
If the current document uses a printer that is not the default printer for your operating system, the Print File Direct icon opens the Print dialogue box.
